Coloring Contest - 2-4 Year Olds

Winners will receive a free birthday party for a group of 20 on the date of their choice at Monkey Business. Also, winners and their entire classrooms or daycare centers will be invited to Monkey Business’ private, free Grand Opening celebration!
The following information must be present on the back of every entry:
- Child’s name
- Child’s age
- Guardian/Contact’s e-mail address (if available)
- Guardian/Contact’s telephone number
- School or Daycare Center Name
- Classroom or Daycare Teacher Name
- Teacher e-mail contact address (if available)
For classroom teachers and day care centers that have multiple participants, all of the entries may be mailed in the same envelope to save postage. Winners will be chosen for every age group from 2 to 12 years of age. Entries should be mailed to:
